Cometepool manufactures the PAR56 SMD LED pool light on its ISO 9001-certified production line in Bornova, İzmir, and exports to more than 35 countries. The luminaire is IP68-rated for underwater use, runs on low-voltage 12V AC/DC power and fits standard PAR56 housings, making it suitable for both new pool builds and lamp-for-lamp renovations. As the manufacturer, we work directly with pool contractors, mechanical contracting firms and dealers.

Will a PAR56 SMD LED light fit my existing pool light niche?+
Yes. The lamp is compatible with standard PAR56 housings, so it can be fitted in place of an existing PAR56 bulb in renovation projects. For pools built without a niche, a niche-less mounting option is available.
What transformer does a 12V PAR56 LED pool light require?+
The light operates on 12V and is not connected directly to mains voltage; it is used together with a 12V toroidal transformer. Cometepool also offers a compatible toroidal transformer family, including models that work with RF 433 MHz RGB control units, so the light and its power supply can be sourced from a single supplier.
How are the colours controlled on the RGB version?+
RGB models are operated via RF 433 MHz remote control units working together with the compatible Cometepool transformer family. Single-colour models need no controller and are fed directly from the 12V supply.
